	O2 Broadband ... originally used Be Internet I was expecting similar or even better performance from O2 broadband. (For those who don t know, O2 owns Be). The reasons for choosing O2 was that it was cheap for the package I opted for (20mb) and I use an O2 sim card, meaning an extra discount each month. I ve been with O2 for over a year now and the quality of service provided is superb. Recently I upgraded my package to "ultimate" one with the O2 Wireless Box III and the hardware arrived within 2 days. 	virginmedia.com ... Wife and I have been using cable for years now and before Virgin took over we were fans of Telewest. My review will concentrate on a few but important issues that cause me and probably countless customers frustration with the Virgin service. In my experience I have found that the service with Virgin has a lot to be desired. You contact the call centres and even before you get through to someone its not unusual to wait quite a lot time listening to music before and on many occasions someone hangs up before you speak to anyone.
