hannahgibbins3 O2 Broadband: ... looking at the market of home broadband packages, I d have to say that o2 was one of the best. The price, wi-fi box and the ease of setting it up is one of the reasons why I like it so much. I have been a customer of 02 for a couple of years now and have to say I am very pleased with the service. Here is the method I went through in getting o2 Home Broadband for my student house: 1) Work out which one of yo...

BlaEm PlusNet
... was quite surprised to see so many negative reviews about plusnet. When I moved out 6 months ago they seemed like a good choice for me, as both of my parents and my sister used them for their phone and internet, and you get free anytime calls to other plusnet numbers. Combine this with the fact that BT had told me that the phoneline for my house had been disconnected due to its previous vacancy, and wanted to charge me £120 to reconnect it! However, when I phoned plusnet not only would a reconnection have been cheaper than that, but they actually found that I hadn t been disconnected after all. Now, I m aware that this isn t the same as reconnecting me for free, but th...

stuntpilotx Orange Network
... have now been on the Orange network for three years as a Pay-Monthly customer, and have also used them as a Pay as you go customer in the past. I have previously been on the o2 network and T-Mobile so have quite good experience of all of these networks and I have to say that Orange have been the best so far. When on o2 I had terrible coverage, and the customer service was a nightmare. I d phone to get something sorted out and nobody would be able to help, so in the end I left. I went to Orange as they offered a multitude of tariffs to suit every kind of user. I m a heavy texter so got a deal with 600 minutes and unlimited texts for £35 per month. Upon receiving my firs...

wilsonolly2001 AOL
... Broadband I used the AOL dial up service which was 14.99 a month and gave you unlimited access to there services. A number of years ago AOL were my preferred dial up service of choice yes there were a few pounds more expensive than other unlimited providers but you had the added extra of a free technical support line and British call centres if you had an issues for example Chat was fun and the whole package made the fee quite reasonable. There was also the added benefit of if you wanted to cancel you spoke to cancellations and as they worked on commission would offer you a free month and you just called back a number of times before you signed up again using anot...
