... having many problems with the broadband service I had with Orange I decided to change to Sky s service a few months ago when changing my Sky TV package. So far in the time I ve had it, I have fortunately not experienced any major problems at all with it (touch wood). The speed of the Broadband is probably the thing most people want to know when considering which provider to use. With Sky Broadband I find that it is very quick for use in the mornings and during the day although it does tend to slow down a bit at night. For normal internet use such as looking through normal web content it is still not a problem but if you are trying to use YouTube or any music sites...

... have had Sky broadband from when it was first introduced by Sky, the main reason was because it was much cheaper than Tiscali - which I had at that time. For only £5 a month what can go wrong. Sky provided me with a new router, a year s free subscription to MacAfee and free connection as I went for the Max package (18mb). The service that I have got from Sky has been excellent, as when I told them that I was not receiving this 18mb broadband, they did some checks and told me that the max speed in my area was only 8mb - to which they transferred me to the lower package, gave my money back for the month with 18mb and also did not take the connection charge that was ther...

... have been with Sky for my TV and broadband now for a little over 2 year and following a huge mistake by BT in my billing (changing my billing style and requesting I pay 3 months worth upfront before acknowledging it was their error but I still had to do this as it was too much hassle to change the bill and so could not be done) decided to move my entire package over to Sky by moving my phone package (including line rental) to Sky Talk.
