Newest Review: ... So I gave up and was about to sign up with OneTel when I discovered an ad for Alpha Telecom in a magazine. I checked out their site and found that calls to Sweden (which I'm interested in) cost only 2p. a minute. It's nothing! You have to pay in advance (minimum first time is £15), but that's OK with me cause the calls are so cheap. I make many long calls to Sweden every week, and two months after signing up I'd still only used £5 of my initial £15 payment. Life is great, no longer do I have to fear the arrival of my phone bill. Do yourself a favour and sign up with Alpha Telecom today cause their rates for UK long distance... more

I couldn't be happier - so much better than OneTel, Planet Talk et al - Advantages: Great service, Excellent customer support, Brilliant, inventive products - Disadvantages: None!

I was fed up with Quip overcharging me every month and having to get in touch with their customer services every single month to get the difference credited to my next bill.
