Advantages: Secuirty good

Disadvantages: Speed not so good

AOL to me is a nightmare because of two things the customer service and the internet speed.

The speed: is very slow compared to other network providers if you buy AOL 2Mb package for around £20 you could really buy Virgin package which is much more faster which is 8Mb so for its money it is not worth it and in some way rips you off.

Customer service: this is really bad because they don't have any manners over the phone it's like your talking to yourself because if you want to cancel they always say how about upgrading and it becomes a hassle to cancel you have to write them a letter and then comfirm it which is a really bad time comsuming thing.

The security: this is great because you get really good security which no viruses if you have AOL because the internet itself is secure so nothing can get it so you don't need to have a viruses scanner.

Overall this service provided has good security but speed is slow.

Summary: Don't waste your time
