Worst ISP on the planet (AOL)

Advantages: Good price

Disadvantages: Very slow speeds, unhelpful support people, don't deliver what they promise

The worst broadband I have every had. Its been nothing but problems and the support staff don't seem to care and just keep going over the same things and then say to call back another day. And worst off if I do get somewhere with the 10 odd transfers though the support services they don't pass information on so you have to go though everything again with each member of support staff. The speeds are rubbish and they clam its my phone line but its not as with a previous ISP I got twice the speed though the line and I now wish I had stayed with them. The only good point I can find with AOL it the pricing. it is a fair price to pay but you don;t get what you pay for. If only they delivered what they said they would then at that price they would be the best ISP
