terrible customer service - Advantages: it works most of the time, 'dumbed-down' (if that's your thing), freephone customer line - Disadvantages: they keep you in queue for ages, deal with problems unprofessionally, rude customer service assistants

Only No.1 'til an ISP offering a better service comes along. Wins customers with price - Advantages: Cheap, Cheap, Very Cheap at all times of the day - Disadvantages: Poor connection, Slow, OOften Crashes e.g. not being able to read email, or see web pages, only No.1 ISP as it is so cheap... service is poor poor poor, customer service and tech support are rubbish too!
