There are just so many problems I had with Aol in the years I was a member with them. The worst part about them was they would not even give me my Mac code or even stop taking money out of my account when I wanted to leave them! Their call centre staff are some of the most meanest people you can ever speak to! They do not care care at all how they speak to you! 17.99 is their cheapest price and they do not even offer cashback through sites either! They are the highest priced internet service provider out there!

Their Call Centre team based abroad do not know how to talk to customers! I even had a few of them who told me to repeat some words 4 times just to understand what I said. Aol love taking 17.99 of us and providing us with a connection that goes off all the time.

Their has not been a time for me that the connection has gone working one day fine all day. It has all the time been the same one problem of connection going down. Never ever join Aol because they will take your money and provide you with a slow connection that all the time goes off! They do not even want you to leave so they will not send your MAC code over! These guys should go bank rupt or stopped because they should not even have the title "ISP".

They never used to be like this. I had many many years of faultless service from them with absolutely no problems at all - great helpline too with really skilled staff, plus at one time all calls to the helpline were free - but everything about them has gone way, way, way downhill since they merged with another ISP. I've seen a slight improvement this past few days, but if it doesn't go back to being as good as it once was, I think a change for me is on the cards.

It beggars belief why you let these companies get away with this. Instead of calling their shocking customer services. Speak to a legal representative and start legal proceedings.
