... don t seem to care and just keep going over the same things and then say to call back another day. And worst off if I do get somewhere with the 10 odd transfers though the support services they don t pass information on so you have to go though everything again with each member of support staff. The speeds are rubbish and they clam its my phone line but its not as with a previous ISP I got twice the speed though the line and I now wish I had stayed with them. The only good point I can find with AOL it the pricing. it is a fair price to pay but you don;t get what you pay for. If only they delivered what they said they would then at that price they would be the best ISP...

... to me is a nightmare because of two things the customer service and the internet speed. The speed: is very slow compared to other network providers if you buy AOL 2Mb package for around £20 you could really buy Virgin package which is much more faster which is 8Mb so for its money it is not worth it and in some way rips you off. Customer service: this is really bad because they don t have any manners over the phone it s like your talking to yourself because if you want to cancel they always say how about upgrading and it becomes a hassle to cancel you have to write them a letter and then comfirm it which is a really bad time comsuming thing. ... have been with AOL for about 6 years and the service we got from them was excellent and faultless, that was, until I decided to leave them! I can honestly say that the internet they provided was uninteruptly, I was rarely disconnected and the speed was good, even during peak times. It came to the point, about 12 months ago, when it was quite clear there was better deals on the market. But it wasn t until about 4 months ago that we decided we were going to switch to an all in one package from Sky.
