How it works is that you quite literally text any question, or questions if you can fit more than one into a single text, to 63336 and they will get an answer to you, usually within 5 minutes. I have sent around 25 questions to them so far and have been, barring 2 or 3 answers, very impressed with the answers given. The 2 or 3 exceptions were answers that presumably were too hard to find and I was presented with a "Sorry, AQA can't find that information..." and following that was a useful fact relating to the general subject of my question. AQA or what is now being more commonly pushed as 63336.com is a text based service where they answer any question that you send in to them. The AQA is the clue really as it stands for Any Questions Answered. Each text to AQA costs £1 and more often than not it is worth it. If you are unhappy with the answer supplied then you are perfectly entitled to a refund.
