I have been an at&t cell phone customer for over 3 years, and have loved their service the entire time. I get signal in about 99% of the places that I need to be and all of my calls come in crisp and clear.

My favorite feature is the rollover minutes. Sometimes I have months that I talk a lot and there are some that I talk very little. It's nice to know that the minutes that I don't use will carry over to my next month allowance. This keeps me worry free about going over my minutes each month.

AT&T offers a lot of different optional features that are easy to get in or out of. You can change your text plan each month without penalty if you need. I changed mine from 500 to unlimited because I was receiving too many texts, and didn't have any problems doing so.

They offer you a free phone upgrade every 2 years. All you have to do is call them or go online, choose a phone, and they ship it to you. It's very easy!

Really, most cell phone companies are the same. I have not had a problem with at&t, so I am a very big fan that does not plan on switching anytime soon.
