I have been a customer for over two years now, and I find myself a sincere fan of Atlantic - but with some reservations. They are definately cheaper than BT and, much, much nicer to deal with to boot. However, when things do go wrong (for instance noise on the line) they just don't seem to be as well geared up as BT to fix the problems. It took me a number of calls to get them to acknowledge the problem let alone fix it! I have been a customer now for about three years and have nothing but praise for their service. Everything they say in their adverts they deliver, two lines for less than one BT, keep your old number, all calls in the UK are local and with their advance purchase scheme they are all charged at the same price regardless of time of day. All the gadgety stuff like alarm calls call waiting/forwarding, voicemail is included.
