I have been connected to Be internet's basic package for 4 months. For £13.50 a month I get unlimited access at super fast speeds.

After I signed up, online, I received the startup pack within a week. The instructions were clear and there is a cd to put straight into your computer to set everything up. Worked first time for me. In the time it takes to receive the startup pack Be offer a dial-up service so you are connected as soon as you signup which I thought was a nice touch.

I receive emails every month prior to the direct debit to warn me which is useful.

The internet access provided has had very few interruptions in the time I have been connected. There have been some planned interruptions which take place in the middle of the night and which customers are warned of in advance.

The speed of my connection is really good and I have just the cheapest package. I have carried out speed tests and it is quite amazing really for the money.

I have no experience of their customer service as I have had no recourse to it save for an inquiry about delivery. The line to the customer service operative was very bad and I would guess that it was a foreign call center. However, my question was answered.

Overall an excellent service.
