I have been with BT for sometime (infact all my life)and I am just always amazed how bad the service is. I am amazed they do not have a customer relations department that you can speak to...you can only write...this is one of the largest telecommunications in the world and you can't speak to them on the phone....amazing. My new year resolation is to change suppliers, not that they care or are interested.

Summary: They lack any kind of customer care.
