... work is more like a complaint rather than a review on the company but I am sure you will appreciate the bother we were in for a while.<<< I am not really the kind of person to complain when something goes wrong but when paying for a service I expect quality and customer care in return. With British Gas or Scottish Gas whatever they want to be called like, I have been so much messed around that I decided they needed to be reminded to treat customers as individuals and not just like another number to add to their client list. ... was persuaded by British Gas with whom for some inexplicable reason I have their 3 star cover on my central heating, to take out an extra insurance with them on my plumbing and drains. This I did thinking that for the £50 or so per annum that it costs it would be cheaper than calling out a plumber should anything go wrong. So almost a couple of weeks ago the neighbour in the flat underneath mine telephoned to say she had water coming from my flat into hers. I called out British Gas who promised a plumber would be there the next day between 8 and 1pm.
