Where to start £71.00/mth for a service which costs £30.00/mth elsewhere.

Advance billing they do not mention, i.e. less than three weeks in I had a bill from BT for £102.96 for broadband alone, when I was expecting the expensive £35/mth.

They can't tell your accounts apart and they cannot put them together.

Their customer service is next to useless, usually having to repeat your name about three times and your problem more. Promises to get that underway. Yet when you phone back after a protracted delay, they have no record of your origninal call.

Now, their broadband technical support, they take their customers through processes which bear no relation to the problem their customers are having, and usually end up making the situation greatly worse. Having the customer call back continuously to go through the same steps that have no effect on the issue and not listening to the fact that you have been through these steps umpteen times before.

Not trasnferring your service from a third party and not transferring and cancelling your packages when you do transfer to a third party.

Summary: Don't go with them, get a long piece of string an two cans, providing a more effective service
