Hard to believe bt (BT)

Advantages: few as mentioned

I've been with BT for nearly 3 years now. At first they were alright, they seemed to be reasonable, because I never used the phone. There was never any main issues. Until my bills started to creep up more and more. The main trouble is the VAT and line rentals. its mad. We thought we may save money by combining our internet with our phone line we'd save money, unfortunately I ended up paying 6 months broadband as well as 3 months phone rental, needless to say I was not a happy bunny.

One thing I cannot fault however is the customer service, in my experience, I have never had any bad advisors. They always do there best for me, and after previously working in a rival call centre to bt, I understand and sympathise with them. (please don't hurt me lol) I of course understand that there are some terrible advisors, as my mum has experienced.

I do find it hard to find positive things to say about BT, I just can't say "you know what...bt are good for......" it's more like "well bt are rubbish because..."

I guess you really have to learn by experience, and many customers are fortunate to have good experience, however, for us it's neutral bordering very thinly on negative!
