BT are the worst company ever, I had endless problems with them, they didnt turn up to install my line until about the third attempt, they cancelled my line about 3 times which interupted and in turn cancelled my broadband which at the time was with Virgin who are the second worst company to deal with, but are apparently trying to improve their customer service. I got away from both companies by going over to Talk Talk who have saved me money, cut my bills by half and have not made any mistakes so far, I would recommend them, I am still in conversations with BT over the cancellation charge they tried to charge when I left apparently I broke my contract with them, but I had been with them over a year, they restarted my contract when they made the mistake of cancelling it, Ive had to call them 3 times so far and have been told that im correct and they will waiver the bill, I then recieve a reminder bill and have to call them to remind them that its their fault and they need to waiver my bill, they then say thats right and they will call me (3 to 4 days) to let me know they have done this and to give me some compensation for my lost time, one month later no call a new bill and I have to call them again when they tell me the charges are for my TV service that I dont even have, I tell them to look at their notes where they will see that my bill should be waivered, thats right and I should get a call within 3 to 4 days and my bill will be waivered- de je vu I feel, anyone bored yet, I certainly am, they should be called Bad Telecommunications and it makes me laugh that they used to say "its good to talk" half the time you can't even get through, go with Talk Talk if you would like to save money and actually be with a company that listens
