BT - The worst company in the world!!! (BT)

Bt are the worst company ever!! Not only are the expensive, their customer service is unbelievably bad. They have hundreds of useless departments to pass you back and forwards to! None of which can help with the simplest requests ie. sending a final bill, changing addresses, taking payments and don't get me started on their automated service!!!! My situation was that i wanted to cancel my contract and have my final bill sent to my new address. First i spoke to 3 people to change this over then 4 more depts to have my bills calculated to be told i owe £400!! then £43! then that im in credit by £41! I still don't have my final bill and BT don't know when this will be generated. So the fight goes on!! If you read this take my advice and avoid them like the plague or you will be seriously sorry!! BT, If you read this take note and sort it out!!!!

Summary: Don't choose BT for any services. Ever!!!
