i ain't gonna Bother wit BT anymore, i've wasted to much of my Time with BT. their just aload of stupid people. so unprofessional they couldn't understand what i was saying. they couldn't Fix my problems with my line i waited for a engineer to Turn up nothing no sign of a engineer LOL..................... it was just a complete waste of space never again am i going to go back to useless BT. i ain't gonna pay the Bill because of the random disconections and nasty customer services. i don't care what their gonna say either. the services was so unprofessional i jst coldn't believe it total useless really that uesless please don't go to BT they've casued so much hassle and pain never again why does a company still operate with the nasty service they give i can't believe it WTF

Engineer didnt turn up waited for 5 hours, no call to say he wasnt coming. called BT up and they couldnt give me an explination why and i was passed around 5 different ppl who were all useless. Now i have to wait till the 10th August for the next engineer to come out. BT should be much more efficient to say they are a national company! not impress at all!!
