Advantages: Good price. Easy to set up. Reliable.

Disadvantages: Slow connection. Not full security software included.

I have had BT Broadband now for 6 months - here is the
BT Total Broadband Option 1 package details:

£7.95 a month for first 3 months and then only £15.99 (18 month contract), Free BT homeHub, Up to 8Mb download speed, FREE wired router, 5GB download allowance, FREE 24/7customer support, FREE 5GB Digital Vault for precious photos and documents, Basic online security

The whole thing was easy to install from a cd and took around 15 minutes. The cd gives a step by step guide of what to plug in where and you can't go wrong. The software all downloaded very quickly and reliably. The system works fairly well on my old computer. The router has worked very reliably. I like the digital vault feature where you can back up photos or indeed any precious documents, this is a good feature. My only grumbles are that had to install my own security software and connections to BT Yahoo can be slow. But that's it, I have found it to be good, reliable and fairly competitively priced in the market. I would recommend it.
