Advantages: makes you appreciate other service providers

Disadvantages: every aspect of this service

Absolute rubbish,I changed from Orange to BT and the nightmare began instantly,with unbelievable slow speed,freezing frame,loss of connection BT come out with some incredible suggestions blaming anything from fire wales to mobile phones,bare in mind the day before BT broadband everything was perfect and running without a problem of any kind,as it had done for three years, the helplines are foreign,and hard to understand (unless you want to pay BT money in which case its UK!) I have lost pounds on auction sites because its so slow,I have seen faster dial up connections,their is no comparison to the excellent service I had with Orange,I only changed as they wanted to alter the payment structure which now I had payed,instead of being stuck with this useless uncaring company for 18 months,(to cancel costs half of what you would pay during the full term of the contract)PLEASE learn from my mistakes and avoid this incredibly bad company
