Advantages: The service is starting to improve, Money is quite well spent compared to other ISP's in my opinion, BT internet not the best, but certainly not the worst

BTinternet the any time package which guarantees users to spend as much time online as they want, or not as the case may be.

BTinternet may not be the best ISP around, but most the time they are trying to improve their service.

Are there any problems?

Well in my opinion there have been a great majority of problems which keep arising here are some of the problems: -

> Connection Speeds have been quite slow
> It takes many times to connect
> Customer Service isn't what I would called the best Customer Service Centre in the world.

The other Customer help desks for BT are far, far ahead of the other customer help desks.

Is it worth subscribing to BT Interent?

Well in my opinion, YES. BT have been changing their service rapidly over the past few months. I can now hapily say that I can connect first time all the time. My connection speeds have started to imporve since the problems were found.

Now there is another argument about the so called Surf Anytime service. Although it may seem completely wrong. BT provide their service to customers 16 hours a day and seven hours a week, however if you exceed this limit your subscription will end.

I find it wrong that the service can be called Anytime when it cannot be used at Anytime.

BT have a lot to answer for. But at least the service is begining to improve.
