Disadvantages: Cant even connect most of the time

When I first signed up to BTinternet Anytime, the service was great ands I could connect all the time, absolutely no complaints, well except for the 2 hour disconnection but everyone service provider seemed to be doing that if they provided free calls.
After 1 year of using the service, say in the last 3 months, the service has deteriorated severly and I knew that they were doing it on purpose. I could never get to connect after 7 O Clock and i just got the engaged dial tone. After a few weeks of this I was watching `Watchdog` on TV and it was talking about its bad service. They said they had been doing it on purpose to the people who most use the internet. I agreed with this totally and that is why I changed to Freeserve Anytime. After all it does say `Anytime` which means you can use the internet whever you want, there were no limits! If you use the internet a lot, like every day for 4 hours, then DO NOT sign up to BTinternet Anytime. The service is also £14.99 and Freeserve is £12.99. I dont know how bad BTinternet is now after 3 months, but I wouldent sign up with them anyway!
