Advantages: good for beginner surfers

Disadvantages: bad for experienced net junkies

lets break up the word anytime and pronounce it: any time. now any time means any time you want to do something you can do it any time. and bt can advertise what they like to people any time, but can they deliver the product they call anytime to people any time? i have used bt anytime for around 2 years now, the problems i have become used to, i work on the internet and therefor i spend over 10 hours aday online, so you can imagine how delighted i was when i found out about the bt 'anytime' package. at 2am its anytime, at 10am its anytime, but at 3-9pm its : this service is not accepting calls at present, please try again later. or: the number you have dialled as not been recognised, please hang up and try again (this is the same number i dialup every day). or how about after 2 hours of surfing your cut off from the connection and when your downloading something or talking to somebody online this is very annoying.
if you use the internet for only an hour aday or so, bt anytime is a great service, when ive had problems theyve sorted them out with their 60p a minute phone number, but if you use the internet constantly like me your better off going with a broadband package, which i signed up for several days ago (freeserve).
