well, let me tell you about business serve. Aka Legend communications.
I worked there for 3 years.
From the day I started things were poor.
I worked in an understaffed, underpaid call centre.
Products that were substandard and the company new they were rubbish. Our mail system was falling over more times than George Best on a stag night. Our staff came and went quicker than a proffesional porn star. I genuinley wanted to help but had absolutley no powerto do so. The reason for all this was its greed ydirectors and managers. As long as the money rolled in, nobody gave a hoot. Let me apologise on beghalf of Legend to all those poor Legend Customers. I salute you.

Simple: Avoid at all costs. Frequent problems with DNS - some websites not resolving names. I'm surprised OFCOM haven't investigated this organisation.

Businessserve the UK business ISP has recently changed its name to Legend Communications. Business serve has in the past offered far from satisfactory service to its customers, has the change to Legend Communications done anything to resolve this issue? The worst ISP I have ever dealt with. What more can I say?! The ADSL connection has problems regularly which they blame on BT yet another connection in the same building via BT works fine. The email has constant problems which they deny until you provide proof and then they admit it but play it down. Support is rubbish. The staff don't know what is going on, sound depressed and have no power to actually do ANYTHING to help. I almost feel sorry for them. I believe they are made up of 3 firms which t hey took over and there are major staff problems, lack of communication, bad management etc etc. Short of them actually spitting in my morning coffee ... This company runs with no regard to its clients. Even though we pay by direct debits we have had our service cut off. And even been threatened with legal action. They will NOT let you have direct access to a support officer despite the promised "e-angel" to look after our account. Every problem we have is "BTs" not Business severs. You are not allowed to get access to management. It is against company policy, so I was told. They do not reply to emails unless you keep chasing and even then they do not do what they promise. Do not use these people ... Read the complete review
