This is the best free internet access so far in my opinion.I applied for this after searching and comparing most of the major offers.
Why it is better than the other,

1- You pay only 20 pounds and you get it back in the form or phone vouchers so it is totally free.
2- Nolocal call charges and 24 hr access.
3- No strings attached like ntl or other ISP's where you have to make phone calls of 10 pounds a month.
4-If you use thier phone service it is 30% cheaper than BT.
5- you don't have to change your BT line, just put thier adopter in the phone socket.

A few disadvantages,
1-Sometimes in peak hours speed is little slow.
2-In avenings you may get engage tones but eventully you get connected.
3-They disconnect you after 1 hr.
From my own experience a few tips for you to make most of it.
1-Due to heavy demand they are delaying the delivery,If after 4weeks you don't get it give them a call and you will get it early.
2- Check the connect automatically box in your dial up connection so you don't have to dial again and again when you get dissconected after 1 hr or get engage sounds.

And a very important thing the company is callnet but the internet service is by the name of 4unet so check thier site at 4unet.co.uk.
Regarding the price (free) I think this is the best service so far.
