I have been a Callnet customer for about 5 months now.
The sign up process was very quick, but it was about six weeks before we recieved any details from them.
They give free unlimited access to the internet, for a one of payment of £20.
All internet calls are toll free.
They also supply a box which conects to your phone line and gives you cheaper phone calls than BT. You are billed monthly for these calls. It works by dialling a prefix before each no'. You can manually dial the prefix if you wish.
They can be very slow when you are trying to connect to the internet if they have just accepted a batch of new registrations, but this only lasts a few days each time, most of the time we find they connect first time.
Their E-mail service is very reliable.
Their customer support is by E-mail or by very overpriced phone calls, and as thye seem to keep you on the line for as long as they possibly can I would not recommend ringing them, if you can avoid it.
In todays climate of getting what you pay for, you are getting a very good deal, and although they have their faults, what ISP doesn't?
I would recomend them to anyone.
