... used to be Our Broadband Wholesaler at work, The speeds Demon offer are very good. Demon hardly never has any down time either due to network faults and if they do its generally aa BT fault on there network which has caused it. Customer service is good when we used to ring them up, Always polite and always got our faults resolved asap by contacting BT for us. Demon Re-Balance there network monthly too to ensure all our broadband users had a fair use of bandwith. Our customers was split into 3 pipes. Unfortunatly Demon Cap broadband connections if you use too much even if you have an Unlimited connection. (fair Use policy applys etc etc) When they cap your connect...

... Suck. Firsly they activated my line 3 days before they sent me my equipment. Of course I have to start paying for the service so I had to buy my own equipment instead. Then they claim I went over the FUP of 60gig even though my snmp router says different. Do they give me the ability to monitor my usage on their site, or provide proof? NO! Demon then took my direct debit without sending me a single invoice which I promptly claimed back under the direct debit guarentee until they explain the lack of invoice and apologise. So now my line is supposed to be restricted to 128kbps from 9am till 11pm (pretty much all the time I m awake) but the cap actually runs 24 hours ...
