Some good deals, but their customer service is some of the worst I have ever come across. Four months after buying a phone from them I am still having problems with the billing. Everybody says they will get it sorted but nobody ever does. They never call back and you just get the feeling that they don't give a damn. The worst thing I ever did was to buy a phone from them. Keep well away !!!!!

"Customer Service" what customer service? Such thing doesn't exist in this company! 24 hour customer service line is nothing but an automated phone line that repeats the same information. No replies to emails. When I said to the Sales Support Advisor that I will never ever recommend dialaphone to anyone, she just smiled and said "yes I know".

DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! such rubbish, all broken promises. Bought orange phone with nintendo ds free gift to be sent to me in 28 days. its been 3 mos, no nintendo ds, no response to emails, automated customer service which is no good, only read out my messages which i already read on my account, on top of that, i am being charged everytime i call. THIS IS SAME COMPANY AS MOBILEEXPRESS, different name but same rubbish company. WARNING TO ALL AGAIN, DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO CALL THEM. they are very good in sales, very quick to sell. DO NOT BE ENTICE WITH THEIR OFFER. U WILL HAVE HEADACHE LIKE ME AND OTHER PEOPLE.

I have just ordered a samsung E520 I was to promised a PS3 on the 2/05/08 Then had a text stating it would be with me on the 7/05/08. When I went onto my male box with dial a phone it was stated that my tracking number along with the delivery date. I could not use this number on the web site as it was not recognised so I called parcelforce and the depot and they told me this tracking number was incorrect.
Since on hearing this today 7/05/08 Dial a phone have told me they are out of stock with the PS3's but have got some in stock today and I will be recieving my product tomorrow the 8/05/08 or on friday the 9th of may 2008.
Dial a Phone customer service is very poor I will write up in the next two days.

I ordered a new Samsung E900 via Dial-A-phones website. It arrived the next day, it was missing the in car charger and carry case that were supposed to come with it. I emailed their customer service (the only option you have) they rang me back a day later saying they were sorry and one would be sent out to me.
