I used to be a big fan of Telediscount, but their customer service is terrible (as I think another reviewer found) and they tend to change their numbers and rates frequently which is annoying. The rates are very competitive in most cases and absolutely amazing in others (Jamaica at national rate, which is 3p/min after 6pm, is unbeatable).
