I have used Dialabroad once but found out afterwards that my provider charged me as if I had not used an access number. They claim I had run out of free minutes but if I call the same access number now I am told that I have some credit left.This company is tricking people into having long international phonecalls. They probably have a deal with BT and all mobile phone providers.Avoid dialabroad.co.uk by all means - save yourself time and money!

I have been using DialAbroad since early 2003 and can't fault their service. The rates are very competitive in most cases and absolutely amazing in others (Jamaica at national rate, which is 3p/min after 6pm, is unbeatable). I had a couple of problems when using their mobile service because I was unsure which access number to use and how the pin system worked, but I emailed them and they responded within the day and explained everything clearly and in simple terms! I used to be a big fan of Telediscount, but their customer service is terrible (as I think another reviewer found) and they tend to change their numbers and rates frequently which is annoying.
