Without a doubt the worst IT service experience ever with their current support team. A simple error in their web interface preventing me doing some DNS changes has become a two-week exchange of emails with the support staff frequently going back on previous statements and ending with them claiming everything is working when it blatantly isn't. Not even sure my support guy even tried to reproduce the problem or he'd have seen it straight-away. Just a chain of replies to my emails filled with the mandatory corporate niceties but actually just implying that I clearly don't know what I'm doing and going off at whacky tangents. What has happened to Easily over the last few years? Support is non existent and whilst I type this I look at the phone which has been on hold for 35 minutes. We never used to need support but easily doesn't work for us anymore. The most recent change I have noticed is that you can't get your own pop, smtp codes for your email from the web. So when it stops working which it does often you can't check anything and you can't get anyone on the phone. We would love to escape them but it's so awkward to get away. Sooner or later we will bite the bullet.

I have a full flash website hosted with Easily, and I was quite surpised that it is running faster that offline on my own computer, I was delighted.Easily.co.uk are not the cheapest, but they do provide an excellent and reliable support which is hard to find nowadays, as well as good services.They are launching new products like an Ecommerce website builder which I plan to buy to sell my pictures online..they seem to be on the move, and they do have a cool blog as well to follow from time to time the latest news (there are even pictures from them)..To summarize that's THE Uk hosting that I trust compare to those big firms like 123reg or 1&1, which are too impersonal for me..

I thought easily.co.uk is cheap but it is not. I have been with them for a few years. There are many other providers to choose from with better prices and services nowadays. For .com registration, which is by far the most popular domain extention used, easily.co.uk is charging £14.99 while most of the other service providers are charging less than US$ 10 these days. Their poor communication and slow response for support has been a nightmare for me. I believe the most important criteria for choosing a good service provider is price and support. I'm personnaly using Easily.co.uk for more than a year, indeed they had an issue with their mail servers, but which has been handled well, and was fixed in 2 minutes if you follow the advice from their excelent support. Apparently they are about to update soon their control panel to allow the users to change the CNAME themselves. Regarding the Metatags, I don't have any problem using them, everything is running smoothly and I've noticed that new articles in their knowledge based have been created, enhancing my customer experience.
