If you get any problems with easily the customer service is terrible in my experience (easily.co.uk)

I used to have respect for this company; however, the problem I have had recently is unacceptable. I could not access my web based email whilst abroad and tried to get assistance over email (my other account). It seemed like there response was to fob me off with some help file text that did not answer my question or solve my problem. At a later stage they sent me a questionnaire about the service. I filled it in appropriately and filled the section in that requested a call to discuss any issues. They never called!

Back in the UK, I called to try and sort my ongoing email issues out and told them that I was considering going to another email provider as I had a bad experience. At this stage they could have smoothed it over, however, what utterly astonished me was the fact that the customer service person did not even enquire to what my problem had been or how they could keep me from going elsewhere. There was a silence, she was clearly not interested. I am a business owner and that would be the first thing I would attempt to do. I am totally appalled by easily and would not recommend them to anyone.

Also, as has already been said, they are no longer the cheapest.

I don't normally take time to do these kind of message boards, however, I am so gobsmacked by easily.co.uk I felt it worth doing, especially if it helps someone to avoid wasting time and money.
