Without a doubt the worst IT service experience ever with their current support team.
A simple error in their web interface preventing me doing some DNS changes has become a two-week exchange of emails with the support staff frequently going back on previous statements and ending with them claiming everything is working when it blatantly isn't.
Not even sure my support guy even tried to reproduce the problem or he'd have seen it straight-away. Just a chain of replies to my emails filled with the mandatory corporate niceties but actually just implying that I clearly don't know what I'm doing and going off at whacky tangents.
The worst bit isn't even that the guy I dealt with didn't understand what I was telling him but that he just ignored every one of my pleas that my issue be passed on to someone else to have a look at (i.e. someone who might actually check it out).
Avoid these guys - just about ok to get your domain up and running but just hope that you never get a problem they need to look into for you.
Summary: Support didn't even seem to check out my problem & refused to escalate- might as well be a door-stop
