Newest Review: ... good customer support. However, Pipex purchased F2S last year and the service and support stinks since then. I have written about 20 notes to customer support and called at least 5 times without any response. The ADSL speeds are tediously slow (I get about 60KB/sec with a 2MB line - should be 230KB/sec) and there is no response at all to my questions and complaints. I blame Pipex for wrecking a good service provider. I would recommend anybody reading this to boycot both F2S and Pipex to show them that good service is the key to success. Ripping off the customer with crap service and poor support should be punished with a loss of customer... more

I have been with this ISP for more than 3 years and recommended them to many friends in this time. Up until October last year they were really good. Fast speeds, good customer support. I've raised email tickets through their website but got no response.I was also told someone would call me back about it but no-one did. Finally I complained and was told the manager of the re-grade dept would call ...

I have been a subscriber to freedom to serve (at f2s.com) for about 5 months now. Although I have had experience with various ISPs this is my first broadband service. One of the principle reasons I chose this company was that you have the option of not being tied down for 12 months. I also wanted to get away from some of the larger companies that dominate the market and tend to have appalling customer service (especially BT).
