Advantages: Service ok, not too many interruptions

Disadvantages: Terrible customer support. They don't get back to you. Very long holding times when you call support

Been with F2S for 2+ years. There are lots of rumours around of it going down hill.

I've not had too many service outages, but recently have had MAJOR PROBLEMS with terrible support after ordering an upgrade to their 8Mbit service.

It's been 6 or 7 weeks since I put the order in and it still hasn't been done.
I've had to call them 6 times so far and each time I've been waiting 10-15 minutes to speak to someone.

I've raised email tickets through their website but got no response.I was also told someone would call me back about it but no-one did.

Finally I complained and was told the manager of the re-grade dept would call me. She still hasn't and that was over 2 weeks ago.

Seriously considering changing providers

Summary: f2s used to be very good, but recently i've had to think otherwise.

"I've been trying to contact you over the phone this morning and held in your phone queue for an hour and then the line cut-off. Since this is an 0870 number, and you are making commission on the call charge, but at least you should have some courtesy of answering the call after I paid one hour national rate call charge."

The above was part my "ticket" I raised (another method to contact f2s, but again very slow in responsing in the past) today about their customer service.

I've heard rumours of them going downhill, which is a shame as I had fantastic CS when I joined up - despite huge problems with my previous ISP letting me go! If you REALLY want to experience bad customer service, try AOL!! lol!

You don't explain basically what they are, what service you recieve from them, how useful the support people are (not) and what is a long holding time. For some people 4 minutes is a long holding time whilst to other people 10 minutes is a long holding time.
