Fast24 used to be excellent, but recently they have gone down hill and noone is putting on the brakes. Best advice I can give, is to get out while you can. As mentioned by the other reviewers, it could be nigh on impossible to cancel your contract though. I cant get anyone to answer the phone and I've been trying for weeks. Such a shame, as both fast24 & their sister company "rapidplay.com" were very highly respected in my techi circle, but not any more. They would have to pull off a miracle to gain back the lost respect now. A sad sad shame to see a good company go down the pan like this. As much as it pains me to say this, AVOID Fast24.co.uk (a ... I've just tried to sign up with Fast24, unfortunately before I read the opinions on dooyoo!! Having registered with them, I waited for my connection details - supposed to be within 2 working days. After 4 days, I spent an hour phoning them only for them to say the details will be sent to me later that day. Two days later - still no connection info! I rang them again and this time the details were sent by email immediately, supplying me with the relevant numbers etc. Needless to say none of the connection numbers they gave me worked - all were unavailable or suspended by BT. I waited another 2 days - still no luck! Then a ... Read the complete review

The attraction was that its was £7 a month for unmetered dial up internet access between about 6pm and 8am on weekdays and all weekend. Thats the theory. In practice, I've been unable to connect for a good third of the time whilst they reorganise their systems. This hasn't been because their modems are busy - its that when I get through to the password authentication, my username and password which haven't changed are not recognised. I've often had problems like this accessing between 7 and 8am, even when it has worked the ... Read the complete review

I siged up with Fast24 last month, which was a bad mistake, like rris I recieved no e-mail from them whilst they took £7(cost of thier off peak service package) out of my Switch card account. I have also e-mailed them several times, but still no reply. I have also tried phoning the company only to hear the engaged tone that many other people have experienced. I'm am now really concerned that they will continue to take money out of my account- money which is litrerary being spent on nothing, I have recieved no service from them(Customer service or my requested service package) and whilst I cannot contact the company I do not know what to do. I really want ... Read the complete review
