Fast4

When I joined Fast4 it was quite good, I never got limited over anything. I have just read my bank statements and find they have Taken an extra £316 from my account bcause I went over their limits. What a shower! I was without internet over Christmas and new year holidays because my connection went down. It seems they sent an email to my Fast4 email account which I never use to tell me they were going to take the mony from my debit card. I did not know about this until after it happened. It makes AOL sound quite good, and Talk Talk with a 40Gbyte limit per month as opposed to Fast4's 4Gbyte. Why did i stay tis long with them. When i joined fast4, at the time it was getting tremendous amounts of reviews saying it was amazing, and the promising of unlimited internet at 15.95 persuaded me. They make a lot of boastful claims such as no throttling, port blocking, etc. When I joined, I enjoyed the upgrade from 1mbps, getting downloads speeds of about 5 mbps, but a lot of the time the speed isn't reliable, often it's not at its max. The support ticket system is OK, sometimes it takes about a week for them to answer you, and sometimes they fob you off with a story. This is my experience of using the Fast 4 Internet service. www.fast4.net Fast4.net offer flat rate internet access. They advertise it as unlimited internet access but it is anything but. They go beyond the usual claims such as "anytime access" that so many other ISPs use and go as far as saying "Unlike our competitors we won't restrict your internet access."
