I have been with Fasthosts for over 4 years, now as relunctant customer but have not used my site for over the last 2 years because of unreliability. It's also really slow, and their control panel doesn't work half the time due to server timeouts - incidentally, I never have problems (of this degree) with other websites, so it's not my connection! Customer services are really bad, they continue trying to bill you even though you cancel. They bill for the whole year upfront without invoicing you, so you don't know what hits you until it hits you. They now will not allow me to close my account until I pay for my service from July 2008-July 2009(!). But if I ...

It is a PAIN. Imagine, you have 140 Sites and plenty of customers you need to cater - you are dealign with this evil rippers. They can do what they want - they feel no mercy - if they do not agree (what is in most of the cases the case) they charge you. Another thing is, if you disagree in payments and cancel, they keep the account open and charging more and more until you pay - or you need to involve legal help - if parts of the services are paid and other not -because they are a mess and you want them to solve the issue - they take all your clients down also the paid ones. Never be tempted to use Fasthosts.

They are rubbish in everything they do.

Whether it is just for one basic site, or like us a reseller with many, do not go near them.

They will be more trouble than they are worth, with slow servers, bad idiotic support and terrible attitude to customer retention. Don't do it

They are really bad at everything and do not care whether they keep their single site customers or resellers, trapped with them, with 100's of sites

Do not use them, you will only regret it

More hassle and stress than they are worth, at any price
