Its been 8 Hrs the fasthosts servers are down !!!!
Websites are down !!!!
Their tech. support line has computerised message - saying by morning it should be resolved . . . who knows ???

I have small business website with fasthosts.co.uk and MS exchange email system. I have no idea what order/payments are made or whts the situation, leave apart the amount of business I have lost, although I have small time business.

Totally unrealiable... I have to take my business somewhr else.... seriously.

These small time businesses are really pain the A**
They look cheap and loaded with features but ultimately cost you your business.
Their are lot of wanna be firms like www.fasthosts.co.uk who start their business with some computers and some broadband connection and make it look like big time business ???
But think and do some ground work before spending and signing up with these wannabe companies...
I have to seriously look for other options and hopefully i think they will refund my balance money.

Summary: Unreliable, Cant be trusted, they are bunch of www.wannabehosts.co.uk
