Disadvantages: Guilty of sharp practice at the least.

They have just taken an unauthorised £206.67 from my credit card as an advance payment for a service which I was about to cancel, because I have never been able to use it. (help desk completely unhelpful.) Now they have refused to refund the money. I never gave them ongoing access to my credit card. They are dishonest and unhelpful. Do not touch them with the proverbial bargepole. I am about to contact trading standards, my credit card company, and the press.
Also I'll blog about them. The only way to fight back is to publicise them until they get the message.

Summary: Do not go near them. Buyer very much beware.
