I had a problem a while back and was told it was my fault. I then went through many FTP clients, the issue was when uploading the connection would break. Eventually found a client that worked. It has always been a battle to get FTP running smoothly. However this is no longer an issue as I have been frozen out of my account, FTP and email. I cannot get anyone on the phone and E-mail support will not reply unless you have you account id and pin number. I have been with them for 4 years, i have never needed this before, not realising this would be needed, foolish me thought passwords were enough! The advice I get from the knowledgebase to get said id and pin is to login to the control panel, which I cannot do! To add insult to injury I got a letter today with my password for the control panel, it doesn't work. I attempted to phone their 24/7 call centre, I cannot get through, at all. It would appear it is jammed. All I want to do is cancel and leave this all behind. I cannot however get in touch with them. I feel cheated and powerless. I am paying for something I can't use or cancel. AVOID!!!

Summary: A complete waste of time. Poor service.
