I feel so frustrated and angry. Fasthosts managed to help themselves twice on my credit card to my annual payment for my website space + £23 because they claimed I had paid late. Actually I paid over the phone and then, having my credit card details, they took it again. I always get automatic replies to emails and if I phone to speak to a real person I am usually 40-50th in the queue. About a month ago I posted a letter asking them to return one of my payments but have had no reply. So I have given them up and had to get a new business website. It is at least comforting to realise that others have found this company completely unsatisfactory. I would like to make an official complaint but I am not sure if there is an internet ombudsman. The whole Fasthosts experience is like talking to a brickwall.
