Stay away from Fasthosts, their support is terrible! (Fasthosts.co.uk)

Disadvantages: Very bad support, Rude Staff, Conflicting Terms and Conditions

The customer service is absolutely terrible. The assistants are rude and unwelcoming when you have any issues.

If you are considering fasthosts, check out their terms and conditions before signing up as i'm sure you are bound to find nasty surprises.

I've had 3 accounts with Fasthosts which was fine for the first year, but then things went very wrong.

For a start, a client of mine signed up to a "3 month" trial account which is actually exemped from the 30 day money back guarantee (apparently) where as a normal hosting account isn't subject to a contract (or so they tell me, the T&C say very different things).

If you want my opinion, find a smaller company with better support. I now use http://webhosting.uk.com as it's much better site if you are seeking some quality, affordable hosting. They even have an online help tool which is available 24/7. They do not tie you into a long contract either so i'd definately check them out.

Summary: Extremely bad, go elesewhere
