Would never use fasthosts again, Have currently been waiting 5 minutes to speak to tech support on the phone, my account details dont let me login, and when i ask them to be re-sent, They never come through.

They are more expensive than most, and my email has randomly stopped working, as it seems that the control panel decided to remove all of my email acounts that were setup with no warning or reason.

Therefore i never recieved the email that said they were unable to take payment from a card that has been working perfectly for other companies both online and offline, so I am now liable to a £20 charge because there system messed up!

I have clients moaning, and the best thing I can tell them is that I cant get hold of this company i pay lots of money to!

Would not recomend fasthosts to my worst enemy
