Terrible, terrible, terrible. Avoid like the plague. There is nothing 'fast' about Fasthosts. Constant email failure, useless hosting, non-existent customer support - oh it's there - they boast 24/7 support lines but you need 24 hours just to speak to someone who at best will be unpleasant and condescending. How can a company of this size get it so wrong? They really should be ashamed of themselves. With so many hosting companies out there all offering comparable prices, you would expect them to just try that little bit harder... but no. Instead they would rather let their customers go through seven rounds of hell before finally ending their contracts and opting to sign up with someone who at least seems to give a toss. Death itself must be easier than dealing with these guys. In the face of global recession, companies are crying out for your business - but not Fasthosts. It seems to me that they are solely intent on destroying the tiny, pea-sized amount of credit they have left. If you want your business to fail, go with Fasthosts.

Summary: Eating your own liver would be better than signing up with Fasthosts
