Advantages: Cheapish, Reasonable speed

Disadvantages: Frequent disconections

Not too bad, i have freeserve anytime and it is okay for the price. But apparantly they have doubled ??? the network capacity. It seems like it has been cut in half. Sometimes my computer has to dial up 8 or more times to connect since the server is frequently engaged. Often even after all this my connection only tends to last 10 mins before i am disconnected! The speed is quite good as i can connect at 42000 kpbs compared to a 36000 kbps on bt.

Even so their customer service is very good, and helpful, especially the phone in help.

Tell us what you get for the money - and how much. They're two very important things to include when writing an opinion.

Read around the site a bit to pick up some tips (and rate EVERYTHING you read) you'll soon get the hang of things.

If you need a hand with dooyoo then please let me know.

Sorry about the rating, but there was so much more you could have told us. Welcome back to dooyoo. I have Freeserve Anytime and have very few and rare problems. I dial up every time first time and they don't cut me off.

With Freeserve i can connect at over 50kbps on my 56k modem which is quite good, and get downloads speeds exceeding 5.5k/s. But to be honest, they're just rubbish! Get ADSL!!
