I applied to join the unlimited freeserve (£10 per month for unlimited 0800 access). I must say that I am impressed, the only time that I may get an engaged tone is between 5.30 - 6.45 pm. All the other times its in first time. Even during this peak time if you are persistant you can get through in a few minutes.

There appears to be no cut off time, I've been on for over 6hr durations, and never been cut off. Most of my time is spent during the day, and have never had any problems.

Technical support is expensive, but I don't see the need to use them, there are enough newsgroups and websites to help people with problems.

I also have ISP acounts with and I will post the gossip on them in due course.
