We were on of the first to log onto freeserve and have used it pretty much since it started. There are occasional problems, but having used a number of other isps we have experienced this with all of them.

The only drawback I have found is that if you do need to contact the customer service team about anything the cost per minute is quite expensive, so unless you can cope with just help pages to sort out your internet problems it may not be the service for you.

having just found out about the unlimited time, i am looking forward to being able to enjoy the internet more
