Advantages: Inexpensive, doesn't crash as much as other ISP's, reliable access
Disadvantages: Can take up to 2 weeks to get connected with them
I've had quite a few ISP's over the past few years, and I have to say that Freeserve is easily the best. Here are my reasons for this, you can make up your ownn minds: Freeserve offers very competitive prices for unlimited internet access, namely £10 per month, and for this you can also get a reduction off your phone bill. Freeserve does not crash or disconnect you from the internet as often as other ISP's I have dealt with. Freeserve also have a bigger capacity so you do not grind to a halt or take 10 minutes to load a web page. These are my main points, and really these are the points that matter to most people, cheap access, and no frustrations. It may look like I work for them by this review, but I don't, I'm just grateful for the service they provide, and long may it continue. The only draw back is that you could wait up to 2 weeks to get your access number, but this is only because they are so popular, and have limited the number of people who can join in one day, which shows again that they want to provide a quality service rather than let everybody on at once and crash the network. If you are looking for a cheap ISP that will offer you a good service, then I suggest you look no further than Freeserve.
